Introducing LeadLab: A Leadership Summit on the Art + Impact of Gratitude
Introducing LeadLab - a brand new leadership summit on the art and impact of gratitude. Designed for creatives, LeadLab leverages cross-sector and intergenerational peer exchange, cultivates actionable solutions, and foster experiential learning.
Why gratitude?
Too often, workplaces approach gratitude superficially. A generic gesture on recruitment brochures, or a canned sentiment in culture statements. But hollow gestures like these can feel forced. Emotionally intelligent workplaces understand that gratitude is the conscious recognition of how outside forces and the efforts of others contribute to social goodness. Gratitude reduces conflicts. It decreases the number of employee sick days. And it leads to higher job satisfaction through more collaboration between coworkers, resulting in an environment wired for innovation.
LeadLab offers a transformative approach, by exploring gratitude as a powerful tool for authentic, effective, and sustainable workplace integration through a unique framework–
GratitudeMapping → #GrowthMindset → Authentic Expression → Emotion in the Workplace → Sustainable Change
Participants will leave with an action plan leveraging gratitude to advance a real professional challenge, utilizing follow-up connections with #LeadLab and the cohort for support, feedback, and accountability throughout the year.
The Summit is April 26-27. Learn more and apply by the priority deadline 2/21: https://www.leadlabsummit.com/
